## Abstract

A wheat variety designated W030377L1, the plants and seeds of wheat variety W030377L1, methods for producing a wheat plant produced by crossing the variety W030377L1 with another wheat plant, and hybrid wheat seeds and plants produced by crossing the variety W030377L1 with another wheat line or plant, and the creation of variants by mutagenesis or transformation of variety W030377L1. This invention also relates to methods for producing other wheat varieties or breeding lines derived from wheat variety W030377L1 and to wheat varieties or breeding lines produced by those methods.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A plant, plant part, seed, or cell of wheat variety W030377L1, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-122073.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A wheat seed produced by crossing the plant or plant part of claim 1 with a different wheat plant or plant part.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

A wheat plant produced by growing the wheat seed of claim 2.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

A method for producing a second wheat plant comprising applying plant breeding techniques to the wheat plant of claim 3, wherein application of said techniques results in the production of a second wheat plant.

### Claim 5 (depends on 3)

A method for producing a progeny seed comprising crossing the wheat plant of claim 3, to a plant of wheat variety W030377L1, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-122073 and producing a progeny seed.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5 further comprising growing a plant from the progeny seed of claim 5 and crossing said plant to a plant of wheat variety W030377L1 and producing a backcrossed seed.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The backcrossed seed produced by claim 6.

### Claim 8 (depends on 3)

A method for producing a double haploid wheat plant comprising a) crossing the wheat plant of claim 3, to another plant to form haploid cells; b) doubling the chromosomes of said haploid cells to form double haploid cells; and c) growing said double haploid cells into a double haploid wheat plant.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A method comprising cleaning the seed of claim 1.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

A method comprising conditioning the seed of claim 1.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

A method comprising applying a seed treatment to the seed of claim 1.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

Flour produced by milling the seed of claim 1.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

A tissue culture of cells produced from the plant, plant part, seed, or cell of claim 1.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

A wheat plant regenerated from the tissue culture of claim 13.

### Claim 15 (depends on 1)

A wheat plant comprising a transgene wherein said wheat plant was produced by transforming the plant, plant part, seed, or cell of claim 1.

### Claim 16

A plant, plant part, seed, or cell of wheat variety W030377L1, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-122073, further comprising a locus conversion.

### Claim 17 (depends on 16)

The plant, plant part, seed, or cell of claim 16, wherein the locus conversion confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, abiotic stress tolerance, altered phosphorus, altered antioxidants, altered fatty acids, altered essential amino acids, altered carbohydrates, herbicide resistance, insect resistance and disease resistance.

### Claim 18 (depends on 16)

A wheat seed produced by crossing the plant of claim 16 with a different wheat plant.

### Claim 19 (depends on 18)

A wheat plant produced by growing the wheat seed of claim 18.

### Claim 20 (depends on 19)

A method for producing a second wheat plant comprising applying plant breeding techniques to the wheat plant of claim 19, wherein application of said techniques results in the production of a second wheat plant.
