Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods and compositions for treating or preventing Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) infection in a subject.
Claims15
A composition comprising an inactivated porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and a nanoparticle, wherein the inactivated PRRSV is entrapped within the nanoparticle, wherein the concentration of the inactivated PRRSV is 1×105 to 1×107 TCID50, wherein the composition further comprises an adjuvant, wherein the adjuvant is a Mycobacterium lysate.
