Abstract
Antibodies and antigen-binding fragments of antibodies that bind GCC are disclosed. The invention also provides therapeutic and diagnostic methods utilizing the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments provided herein.

An anti-GCC antibody molecule comprising a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region, wherein the light chain variable region and the heavy chain variable region are selected from:
- the light chain variable region of antibody MIL-44-148-2 according to SEQ ID NO:
- 13, the heavy chain variable region of antibody MIL-44-148-2 according to SEQ ID NO:
- 11, the light chain variable region of antibody MIL-44-67-4 according to SEQ ID NO:
- 17, and the heavy chain variable region of antibody MIL-44-67-4 according to SEQ ID NO:
