A polypeptide or multimeric polypeptide construct having the ability to bind to cMet or a complex comprising cMet and HGF, and methods for use are disclosed.
Claims12
A polypeptide or multimeric polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence:
- Cys-X1-Gly-X2-Pro-X3-Phe-X4-Cys (SEQ ID NO:
- 619), wherein X1, X3 and X4 can be any amino acid, X2 is Pro;
- and wherein the polypeptide is conjugated to a detectable label for diagnostic detection of cMet.
