Abstract
An optical part comprising a thermoplastic resin having a recurring unit represented by the following formula (1): wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group; G represents a divalent linking group; A represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or —N(R1)—; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group; Q represents an atomic group of forming a hetero ring; and l indicates 0 or 1.

A thermoplastic resin having a recurring unit represented by the following formula (3):
- wherein Ra represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group;
- Wa represents a linking group selected from —C(═O)O—, —C(═O)—, —OC(═O)—, —OC(═O)O—, and —O—;
- La is selected from the group consisting of -arylene-, -arylene-C(═O)O—, -arylene-C(═O)O-arylene-, —(CH2)p—O—, -arylene-(CH2)p—, -arylene-(CH2)p—O—, -arylene-(CH2)p—O-arylene-, —(CH2)p-arylene-, —(CH2)p-arylene-O—, and —(CH2)p-arylene-O-arylene-;
- wherein p is an integer of from 1 to 4, provided that the end of the linking group La on the Wa side is neither —O— nor —C(═O)—;
- m1 and n1 each independently indicate 0 or 1, and m1+n1 is 1 or 2.
