Described herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an anti-sclerostin antibody and an inhibitor of bone resorption.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) an antibody, or an antibody fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or antibody fragment binds to a polypeptide encoded by SEQ ID NO:
- 1 with an affinity Ka of greater than or equal to 107 M−1, and (b) an inhibitor of bone resorption.
A method of increasing bone mineral content in a human comprising administering to the human (a) an antibody, or an antibody fragment thereof, wherein the antibody binds to a polypeptide encoded by SEQ ID NO:
- 1 with an affinity Ka of greater than or equal to 107M−1, and (b) an inhibitor of bone resorption, in amounts effective to increase bone mineral content.
