A hybrid cement clinker incorporates specific ranges of clinker phases and falls within specific modulus values as set forth and described in this document.

A cement clinker, comprising:
- about 35-41 weight percent C3S;
- about 10-15 weight percent C2S;
- about 14-16 weight percent C4A3 S;
- about 20-26 weight percent C4AF;
- about 4-6 weight percent CŚ;
- and
- about 0.7-0.85 weight percent CaF2;
- fired at a temperature of about 1250-1300° C.
