Paper feed roller

A paper feed roller comprising a roller body made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing an ester thermoplastic elastomer urethane containing a polyurethane structure and a polyester structure in the molecules or an ether thermoplastic elastomer urethane containing a polyurethane structure and a polyether structure in the molecules (E) having microrubber hardness (type A) of not less than 60 and not more than 80 and a plasticizer (P) in a mass ratio E/P of 70/30 to 50/50, wherein

• the thermoplastic elastomer urethane is an addition polymer of a diisocyanate, a macropolyol and a chain extender, and the compounding ratio of the components constituting the addition polymer satisfies the following formula (I):
• 20≦(x+z)/(x+y+z)×100<30 (1)
• wherein x, y and z represent the loadings of the diisocyanate, the macropolyol and the chain extender, respectively, and
• the roller body has a microrubber hardness (type A) of less than 60.
