Abstract
A joined body includes: an adherend; a primer layer provided on the adherend; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the primer layer. The primer layer contains, as an effective component, at least one of chlorinated polypropylene and chlorinated polyethylene and an amount of the effective component per unit area is 0.5 [mg/cm2] or less. The surface of the adherend may be formed of at least one of polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM).
Claims8
A joined body comprising:
- an adherend;
- a primer layer formed on the adherend;
- and
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the primer layer, wherein the primer layer contains, as an effective component, at least one of chlorinated polypropylene and chlorinated polyethylene and an amount of the effective component per unit area is greater than 0 [mg/cm2] and 0.5 [mg/cm2] or less.

A method of producing a joined body, comprising:
- applying a primer solution containing, as an effective component, at least one of chlorinated polypropylene and chlorinated polyethylene onto the surface of an adherend to form a primer layer;
- and
- pasting a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer onto the primer layer, wherein
- in the applying of a primer solution, an application amount of the primer solution is set such that an amount of the effective component of the primer layer per unit area is greater than 0 [mg/cm2] and 0.5 [mg/cm2] or less.
