The invention pertains to methods of using CεmX peptides (e.g., GLAGGSAQSQRAPDRVL; SEQ ID NO:2) that can bind effectively induce immune responses to membrane-bound IgE (mIgE) expressed on the surface of human B lymphocytes.
Claims15
A method of inducing an immune response, comprising:
- administering to a human subject in need thereof an effective amount of an immunogen selected from the group consisting of GLAGGSAQSQRAPDRVL (SEQ ID NO:2) and HSGQQQGLPRAAGGSVPHPR (SEQ ID NO:3);
- and an adjuvant.
