Abstract
A method, computer program product, and system for electronic communication is described. A first unified telephony session is selected. A first arbitrator associated with the first session is selected. A first set of participants associated with the first session is selected. The first arbitrator is directed to act as a proxy connection for a first channel associated with the first set of participants.
Claims15
A computer program product residing on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having a plurality of instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- selecting a first unified telephony session;
- selecting a first arbitrator associated with the first unified telephony session;
- selecting a first set of participants associated with the first unified telephony session;
- and
- directing the first arbitrator to act as a proxy connection for a first channel associated with the first set of participants;
- wherein selecting at least one of the first arbitrator, the first set of participants and the first channel is based upon, at least in part, a self-learning algorithm related to the first unified telephony session.
A computer system comprising:
- at least one processor;
- at least one memory architecture coupled with the at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- select a first unified telephony session;
- select a first arbitrator associated with the first unified telephony session;
- select a first set of participants associated with the first unified telephony session;
- and
- direct the first arbitrator to act as a proxy connection for a first channel associated with the first set of participants;
- wherein selecting at least one of the first arbitrator, the first set of participants and the first channel is based upon, at least in part, a self-learning algorithm related to the first unified telephony session.
