Abstract
An input-output line sense amplifier configured to drive input data signals over an input-output signal line to an output driver circuit, the input-output line sense amplifier having an output driver stage having a plurality of different programmable output drive capacities to tailor the output drive of the sense amplifier.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- selecting a current drive strength of a sense amplifier of a memory having a plurality of current drive strengths;
- providing input signals to input/output lines from the sense amplifier having a current based on the current drive strength;
- and
- providing an output signal based on the input signals provided to the input/output lines.
1 more element
A method, comprising:
- receiving an input signal at an output stage of a sense amplifier;
- providing a first signal having a first current based on the input signal, wherein the first current is based on a first selected current drive of a first plurality of selectable current drives of the output stage;
- providing a second signal having a second current based on the input signal, wherein the second current is based on a second selected current drive of a second plurality of selectable current drives of the output stage;
- and
- generating an output signal based on the first and second signals.
2 more elements
A method, comprising:
- receiving complementary signals from a memory-cell array;
- providing, via a sense amplifier, input signals based on the complementary signals, wherein the input signals have respective currents based on respective selected current drive strengths of a plurality of programmable current drive strengths.
