Provided are a benzamide derivative as shown in formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the preparation method and use thereof for preparing a medicine for treating cancer, wherein the group definitions of formula (I) are as set out in the description.

A compound represented by formula (I),
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein
- R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C8)alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C7)cycloalkyl, —COR5, and —CO2R6;
- or R1 and R2 can also cyclize to form a substituted or unsubstituted 4-, 5-, or 6-membered ring;
- R3 is nitro or nitroso;
- R4 is selected from the group consisting of ethynyl, propynyl, and cyano;
- R5 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C8)alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C7)cycloalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted aryl;
- R6 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C8)alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C8)alkynyl, and substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C7)cycloalkyl.
