Abstract
The invention is concerned with triazolopyridine compounds of formula (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3 are as defined in the description and in the claims, as well as physiologically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds inhibit PDE10A and can be used as medicaments.
Claims9
A compound of formula (I)
- wherein
- R1 is aryl, heteroaryl or NR4R5, wherein said aryl and said heteroaryl can be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, halogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C7 alkoxy and C1-C7 haloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen, halogen or C1-C7 alkyl;
- R3 is aryl or heteroaryl, wherein said aryl and said heteroaryl can be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C7 alkyl, hydroxyl, halogen, —C(O)—NR6R7 and —C(O)—O—R8;
- R4 and R5 are independently C1-C7 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a heterocycloalkyl which can be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, halogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C7 alkoxy and C1-C7 haloalkyl;
- R6 and R7, are independently C1-C7 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a heterocycloalkyl which can be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, halogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C7 alkoxy and C1-C7 haloalkyl;
- R8 is hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, cycloalkyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
