A composition comprising a compound having a structure according to:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein one or more of X, Y, or Z is enriched with deuterium more than 1% an atom that is deuterium (D) and
- a) X, Y, or Z is CD3, D, or CH2CDH2;
- b) X and Y are CD3 and Z is D;
- c) X and Y are CH3 and Z is D;
- or
- d) X is CH3 , Y is CH2 D, and Z is D.
