Abstract
N-containing heteroaryl derivatives of formula I or II, wherein the meanings for the various substituents are as disclosed in the description. These compounds are useful as JAK, particularly JAK3, kinase inhibitors.
Claims4
A method of treating at least one disease selected from the group consisting of leukaemia, lymphomas, glioblastoma multiforme, colon carcinoma, and idiopathic myelofibrosis in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of (S)-3-(3-(1-methyl-2-oxo-5-(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3(2H)-yl)piperidin-1-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of treating at least one disease selected from the group consisting of rheumatoid arthritis and asthma in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of (S)-3-(3-(1-methyl-2-oxo-5-(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3(2H)-yl)piperidin-1-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
(S)-3-(3-(1-methyl-2-oxo-5-(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3(2H)-yl)piperidin-1yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising (S)-3-(3-(1-methyl-2-oxo-5-(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3(2H)-yl)piperidin-1-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
