Abstract
One exemplary embodiment can be a fluid catalytic cracking system. The system can include a reaction zone, in turn including a reactor receiving, a fluidizing stream, a fuel gas stream, a fluidizable catalyst, a stream having an effective amount of oxygen for combusting the fuel gas stream, and a feed.
Claims16
A fluid catalytic cracking process, comprising:
- A) receiving in a reaction zone comprising a reactor:
- 1) a fluidizing stream;
- 2) a fuel gas stream;
- 3) a fluidizable catalyst;
- 4) a stream comprising an effective amount of oxygen for combusting the fuel gas stream;
- and
- B) injecting a feed after the oxygen and the fuel gas stream have combusted, the feed to be contacted with heated fluidizable catalyst.

A fluid catalytic cracking process, comprising:
- A) receiving in a reaction zone comprising a riser a stream comprising an effective amount of oxygen for combusting a fuel gas and catalyst;
- and
- B) injecting a feed after combustion gas and heated catalyst exit a combustion zone, the feed to be contacted with heated catalyst.
