Abstract
Citrate salts of N-(4-{4-amino-7-[1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-3-yl}phenyl)-N′-(3-fluorophenyl)urea and crystalline forms thereof are suitable pharmaceutical ingredients for pharmaceutical compositions useful in the treatment of disease, for example, cancer.

The compound N-(4-{4-amino-7-[1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-3-yl}phenyl)-N′-(3-fluorophenyl)urea hydrogen citrate in a solid crystalline form, wherein the crystalline form is Form II, characterized at least by a powder X-ray diffraction peak at any one or more of the following positions:
- 8.65, 15.18, 24.47, 28.02° 2θ, ±0.2° 2θ.
