Abstract
A method for placing an absorbent article is provided. The method includes placing an absorbent article in an undergarment in a manner understood by the individual prior to wearing, capturing a still or video image of the absorbent article on the undergarment, and submitting the still or video image of the absorbent article. The consumer then receives output regarding the placement of the absorbent article.

A method for applying an absorbent article, the method comprising the steps of:
- a. providing an absorbent article;
- b. placing the absorbent article in an undergarment in a manner understood by an individual prior to wearing;
- c. capturing a still or video image of the absorbent article on the undergarment;
- d. submitting the still or video image of the absorbent article;
- and
- e. receiving output regarding the placement of the absorbent article.

- a. providing an absorbent article and an undergarment;
- b. submitting information about the absorbent article to an absorbent article application on a computing device;
- c. submitting information about the undergarment to the absorbent article application on a computing device;
- d. receiving output regarding the placement of the absorbent article in an undergarment;
- and
- e. placing the absorbent article in the undergarment in accordance with the output.
