Claims20
A wheel streamlining device comprising:
- a first ring connected to a second ring by a flexible connection, the first ring configured to contact a tapered portion of a wheel, the second ring having at least one kinked portion;
- a hook configured to removably engage the at least one kinked portion;
- a bale configured to releasably engage an inner surface of an opening in a face of the wheel;
- and
- a springy portion extending between the bale and the hook, the springy portion configured to apply a tension force between the first ring and the tapered portion of the wheel.
A wheel streamlining device comprising:
- a first ring configured to contact a tapered portion of a wheel;
- a circular membrane having a fastener, an outer circumference of the circular membrane attached to the first ring;
- a cover portion configured to engage the fastener to cover the wheel;
- and
- an attachment assembly configured to apply a tension force between the first ring and the tapered portion of the wheel.
A wheel streamlining device comprising:
- a bale having distal ends connected by a center bite, the distal ends having outwardly extending terminal portions configured to engage an inner surface of an opening in a face of a wheel;
- a springy portion extending between an inner end and an outer end, the inner end of the springy portion attached to the center bite of the bale;
- and
- a hook attached to the outer end of the springy portion, the hook configured to engage a cover assembly to cover the wheel.
