Azaindole derivatives as kinase inhibitors

A compound, tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of Formula 1:

• Ring A is selected from:
• Ring B is a 5-membered heteroaryl ring comprising carbon atoms and 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms;
• L1 is CR4R5 or a bond;
• X is O or NR4;
• Ring C is an aryl, a 3- to 8-membered carbocyclyl or a 5-, 6- or 7- membered heterocyclic or heteroaryl ring comprising carbon atoms and 1-4 heteroatoms independently selected from O, N, P(O) and S(O)r;
• Ring D is an aryl or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl ring comprising carbon atoms and 1 to 4 heteroatoms independently selected from O, N and S;
• Raand Rd are independently selected from the group consisting of halo, —CN, —NO2, —R1, —OR2, —O —NR1R2, —NR1R2, —NR1—NR1R2, —NR1—OR—2, —C(O)YR2, —OC(O)YR2, —NR1C(O)YR2, —SC(O)YR2, —NR1C(═S)YR2, —OC(═S)YR2, —C(═S)YR2, —YC(═NR1)YR2, —YC(═N—OR1)YR2, —YC(═N—NR1R2)YR2, —YP(═O)(YR3)(YR3), —Si(R3)3, —NR1SO2R2, —S(O)rR2, —SO2NR1R2 and —NR1SO2NR1R2;
• Rc is Ra or ═O or ═S;
• or alternatively two adjacent Ra moieties, two adjacent Rc moieties or two adjacent Rd moieties can form with the atoms to which they are attached a 5-, 6- or 7-membered saturated, partially saturated or unsaturated ring, optionally substituted;
• and which contains 0-4 heteroatoms selected from N,O, P(O) and S(O)r;
• r is 0, 1 or 2;
• n is 0, 1 or 2;
• p is 0, 1,2,3,4 or 5;
• s is 0, 1,2,3,4 or 5;
• each occurrence of Y is independently a bond, —O —, —S— or —NR1—;
• each occurrence of R1 and R2 is independently selected from H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkynyl, aryl, heterocyclic and heteroaryl;
• each occurrence of R3 is independently selected from alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkynyl, aryl, heterocyclic and heteroaryl;
• R4 and R5 are independently selected from H or a C1-6alkyl;
• alternatively, each NR1R2 moiety may be a 5-, 6- or 7-membered saturated, partially saturated or unsaturated ring, which can be optionally substituted and which contains 0-3 additional heteroatoms selected from N, O,P(O) and S(O)r;
• and
• each of the foregoing alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl and heterocyclic moiety is optionally substituted.
