Adjustable rotation base

A method of transporting an outdoor umbrella which comprises a base and a plurality of transportation wheels provided thereunder, wherein the method comprises the steps of:

• (a) normally retaining said base at an idle position that said transportation wheels are located above a bottom side of said base such that said bottom side of said base stands on a ground surface;
• and
• (b) retaining said base at a transportation position that said transportation wheels are located below said bottom side of said base such that said transportation wheels reach said ground surface for transporting said outdoor umbrella, wherein said base is moved between said idle position and said transportation by a transportation arrangement provided at said base, wherein the step (b) further comprises the steps of:
• (b.1) dropping down said transportation wheel by an actuation of said transportation arrangement until said transportation wheels reach said ground surface;
• and (b.2) after said transportation wheels stand on said ground surface, keep actuating said transportation arrangement to uplift said base housing at a predetermined elevation with respect to said ground surface, wherein, in the step (b), a driving unit is provided at said base, wherein said driving unit is actuated to incrementally and concurrently lower said transportation wheel and to uplift said base housing at a predetermined elevation afterwards, wherein, in the step (b), a handle member of said transportation arrangement is rotated to incrementally lower said transportation wheel and to uplift said base housing at a predetermined elevation afterwards, wherein said handle member is coupled with said transportation wheels via a gear structure, wherein when said handle member is rotated, said transportation wheels is are concurrently lowered through said gear structure.
