Claims12
A recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) comprising an AAV7 vp1 capsid protein having a sequence of amino acids 1 to 737 of SEQ ID NO:2 and having packaged therein a nucleic acid molecule comprising at least one inverted terminal repeat (ITR) that has a sequence that is different than the sequence of an ITR from native AAV7.
A recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) comprising an AAV7 capsid comprising vp1, vp2 and vp3 proteins, said vp1 protein having a sequence of amino acids 1 to 737 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 or an AAV vp1 protein having a sequence at least 95% identical to the full-length of SEQ ID NO:2, said AAV having packaged in the capsid a nucleic acid molecule comprising at least one AAV inverted terminal repeat (ITR) and a nucleic acid sequence heterologous to AAV7.
A recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) comprising an AAV7 capsid comprising vp1, vp2 and vp3 proteins, said vp3 protein having a sequence of amino acids 238 to 737 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 or an AAV vp3 protein having a sequence at least 95% identical to the full-length of SEQ ID NO:2, said AAV having packaged in the capsid a nucleic acid molecule comprising at least one AAV inverted terminal repeat (ITR) and a nucleic acid sequence heterologous to AAV7.
A recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) comprising an AAV7 vp1 capsid protein having a sequence of amino acids 1 to 737 of SEQ ID NO:2 and having packaged therein a nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleic acid sequence heterologous to AAV7.
