Abstract
An electric apparatus with high performance and high rigidity is provided. Annular positioning stepped portions are formed at respective outer peripheral corner portions of both end portions of a stator core to extend entirely circumferentially of the stator core. An annular positioning projecting portion is formed at a first end bracket to be entirely fitted with one of the annular positioning stepped portions of the stator core. An annular positioning projecting portion is formed at a second end bracket to be entirely fitted with the other annular positioning stepped portion of the stator core.
Claims9
An electric apparatus including a stator core and an end bracket fitted with an end portion of the stator core wherein:
- one of an annular positioning stepped portion and an annular positioning projecting portion is formed at an outer peripheral corner portion of the end portion of the stator core to extend entirely circumferentially of the stator core;
- and
- the other of the annular positioning stepped portion and the annular positioning projecting portion is formed at the end bracket to be entirely fitted with the one of the annular positioning stepped portion and the annular positioning projecting portion.
A rotary electric machine comprising:
- a stator core;
- a rotor having a rotary shaft and configured to rotate inside the stator core;
- and
- a pair of end brackets fitted with both end portions of the stator core to hold bearings for supporting the rotary shaft, wherein:
- one of an annular positioning stepped portion and an annular positioning projecting portion is formed at an outer peripheral corner portion of each of the end portions of the stator core to extend entirely circumferentially of the stator core;
- and
- the other of the annular positioning stepped portion and the annular positioning projecting portion is formed at each of the pair of end brackets to be entirely fitted with the one of the annular positioning stepped portion and the annular positioning projecting portion.
