Abstract
The invention provides a photosensitive resin composition that includes titanium black, a photopolymerizable compound, a resin A having an acid value of from 70 mgKOH/g to 250 mgKOH/g, a resin B having an acid value of from 26 mgKOH/g to 65 mgKOH/g, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent, the photopolymerization initiator including an oxime photopolymerization compound.
Claims19
A photosensitive resin composition comprising titanium black, a photopolymerizable compound, a resin A having an acid value of from 70 mgKOH/g to 250 mgKOH/g, a resin B having an acid value of from 26 mgKOH/g to 65 mgKOH/g, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent, the photopolymerization initiator comprising an oxime photopolymerization compound having a structure represented by the following Formula (2):
- wherein in Formula (2), R and X each independently represent a monovalent substituent, A and Y each independently represent a bivalent organic group, Ar represents an aryl group, N represents nitrogen, O represents oxygen, S represents sulfur, and n is an integer of 0 to 5, wherein the bivalent organic group represented by Y has any one of the following structures in which * represents a position at which Y is bonded to an adjacent carbon atom in Formula (2):
A photosensitive resin composition comprising titanium black, a photopolymerizable compound, a resin A having an acid value of from 70 mgKOH/g to 250 mgKOH/g, a resin B having an acid value of from 26 mgKOH/g to 65 mgKOH/g, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent, wherein a change in viscosity of the photosensitive resin composition over time is 6% or less.
