A polymer comprising a structural unit of:
A co-polymer having the structural formula of:
- wherein R is
- y is 0 or the x:y molar ratio is in the range from about 0.1:0.9 to about 0.9:0.1 (x+y=1);
- and
- n is from about 2 to about 200,
- wherein the co-polymer is a random copolymer.
