Abstract
Disclosed is a composition comprising, as an active ingredient, at least one selected from the group consisting of a Zc3h12a gene inhibitor and a Zc3h12a protein inhibitor. This composition can be used as an immunoadjuvant.

A process comprising the step of an antigen with at least one member selected from the group consisting of a Zc3h12a gene inhibitor and a Zc3h12a protein inhibitor;
- wherein the antigen is selected from the group consisting of a food allergen, a house dust allergen, a pollen allergen, an animal hair allergen, a bacterium, a virus, and a parasite.
