A bacterial strain belonging to the species Streptococcus thermophilus, selected from the group consisting of deposited strains CHCC11977 (DSM22935), CHCC12339 (DSM24090), CHCC13140 (DSM 24023), and mutants or variants derived from any one of said deposited strains and having all the identifying characteristics of the deposited strain.
A bacterial strain belonging to the species Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, selected from the group consisting of deposited strain CHCC12813DSM24074), and mutants or variants derived therefrom and having all the identifying characteristics of the deposited strain.
