Intelligent task assignment and authorization systems and methods

A system comprising:

• an identification module configured to identify one or more authorized entities;
• a wireless communication unit configured to:
• broadcast at least one task associated with a user to one or more devices associated with the one or more authorized entities;
• receive from the one or more authorized entities via the one or more devices, an indication of acceptance of the at least one task;
• and
• a processor configured to:
• select at least one trusted entity among the one or more authorized entities;
• and
• issue at least one digital certificate to the at least one trusted entity to perform the at least one task.

A non-transitory processor-readable medium having embodied thereon instructions being executable by at least one processor to perform a method comprising:

• identifying, by a computation device including one or more processor, one or more authorized entities;
• broadcasting, by the computation device, at least one task associated with a user to one or more devices associated with the one or more authorized entities;
• receiving, by the computation device, from the one or more authorized entities via the one or more devices, an indication of acceptance of the at least one task;
• selecting, by the computation device, at least one trusted entity among the one or more authorized entities;
• and
• issuing, by the computation device, at least one digital certificate to the at least one trusted entity to perform the at least one task.
