Telemetry system with wireless power receiver and monitoring devices

A wireless power receiver system, comprising:

• a rectifier coupled to an antenna, the antenna configured to receive a wireless power signal, the rectifier configured to convert the wireless power signal to a direct current input signal;
• a direct current-to-direct current converter configured to generate a direct current output signal based in part on the direct current input signal and a pulse-width modulation signal;
• a pulse modulator configured to adjust an alternating current impedance of the wireless power receiver by modifying, based in part on the direct current input signal, a duty cycle of the pulse-width modulation signal to the direct current-to-direct current converter;
• a wearable monitoring device in communication with a transmission or charging system that includes the rectifier and the pulse modulator, the wearable monitoring device having one or more sensors and a unique user ID, the one or more sensors acquiring sensor user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors, health information and habit information, and ID circuitry at the monitoring device, the wearable device having a range of data capture and programmed to change how often it samples sensors based on sensor data with data sampling based on sensor readout;
• and
• a telemetry system positioned remotely from the wearable monitoring device, the telemetry system including a processor for receiving the sensor user information from the wearable monitoring device, and analyzing the sensor user information relating to at least one of a user's activities, behaviors, health information and habit information, the remote telemetry system modifying or creating a database at the telemetry system of the sensor user information analyzed by the telemetry system.
