Abstract
An electrode foil, which has both the functions of a supporting base material and a reflective electrode, and also has superior thermal conductivity, and an organic device using the same are provided. The electrode foil comprises a metal foil and a reflective layer provided directly on the metal foil.

An electrode foil comprising a metal foil and a reflective layer provided directly on the metal foil, wherein the reflective layer is an aluminum film or an aluminum alloy film, wherein the aluminum film or the aluminum alloy film comprises a laminate structure composed of two or more layers separated from each other by an interface, and wherein the two or more layers have crystal orientations different from each other across the interface.
