Abstract
Isolated monoclonal antibodies which bind to human CD32b and related antibody-based compositions and molecules, are disclosed. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using the antibodies.

An isolated monoclonal anti-CD32b antibody, wherein the antibody comprises:
- a) a VH region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:10, 11 and 12 and a VL region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:14, 15 and 16,
- b) a VH region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:18, 19 and 20 and a VL region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:22, 23 and 24,
- c) a VH region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:26, 27 and 28 and a VL region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:30, 31 and 32,
- d) a VH region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:34, 35 and 36 and a VL region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:38, 39 and 40, or
- e) a VH region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:42, 43 and 44 and a VL region comprising the CDR1, 2 and 3 sequences of SEQ ID NO:14, 15 and 16.
