Lens structure, light source device and light source module

A lens structure, capable of guiding a light beam, and the lens structure comprising:

• a first surface, having a recess;
• a second surface, opposite to the first surface, and being a free-form surface, wherein the light beam is capable of entering the lens structure through the first surface, and leaving the lens structure through the second surface;
• and
• four total internal reflection surfaces, connected to the second surface, and some of the total internal reflection surfaces connected to the first surface.

A light source module, comprising:

• a plurality of first light source devices, arranged like an array, and each of the first light source devices comprising a first light-emitting device and a first lens structure, wherein the first light emitting device is capable of emitting a first light beam, and the first lens structure comprises:
• a first surface, having a first recess, wherein the first light emitting device is disposed at the first recess;
• a second surface, opposite to the first surface, and being a free-form surface, wherein the first light beam is capable of entering the first lens structure through the first surface, and leaving the first lens structure through the second surface;
• and
• four total internal reflection surfaces, connected to the second surface, and some of the total internal reflection surfaces connected to the first surface.
