Abstract

Disclosed is an adamantanamine derivative which is useful as a significant intermediate of an 11βHSD-1 inhibitor. Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (II): wherein R10 is a group represented by the formula: —(CR13R14)m-NR12—R11 or the like.

A compound represented by the formula (II):

its salt, or a solvate thereof,
wherein
R10 is a group represented by the formula:
—(CR13R14)m-O—C(O)—NR15—R16,
wherein R13 and R14 are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or halogen, m is an integer of 0 to 3, and R15 and R16 are each independently hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl.
