A combination comprising at least
- (i) a fusion protein comprising two parts, wherein the first part is an antibody which specifically recognizes an extra domain B (EDb) of fibronectin, and the second part is an Interleukin-2 polypeptide which comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- and
- (ii) rituximab.
