Abstract
A semiconductor oxide ink composition, a method of manufacturing the composition, and a method of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element are provided. The semiconductor oxide ink composition for inkjet printing comprises a semiconductor oxide and a solvent, wherein the semiconductor oxide comprises 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
Claims17
A semiconductor oxide ink composition for inkjet printing comprising:
- a semiconductor oxide;
- a solvent;
- and
- a first agent selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent, a chelate agent, and a mixture thereof, the first agent comprising about 0.01 to 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition,
- the semiconductor oxide comprising about 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition wherein the viscosity of the ink ranges from about 1 to 30 cp and the surface tension of the ink is about 20 to 70 dynes/cm.
A method of manufacturing a semiconductor oxide ink composition for inkjet printing comprising combining a semiconductor oxide, a solvent and a first agent selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent, a chelate agent, and a mixture thereof, the first agent comprising about 0.01 to 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition, wherein the semiconductor oxide is added at about 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition wherein the viscosity of the ink ranges from about 1 to 30 cp and the surface tension of the ink is about 20 to 70 dynes/cm.
