Information carrier comprising access information

A method for playback of at least one information carrier holding user information, the method performed by an access control device comprising acts of:

• reading a plurality of scrambled access information bits that enable access to the user information, the access information bits comprise at least one physical parameter related to a non-transitory information carrier, wherein the at least one physical parameter stores integration detectable information on the information carrier, wherein the access information bits are scrambled according to one or more pre-determined scrambling methods, and the access information bits are stored in a variation of the at least one physical parameter, the variation is based on a spread spectrum technique, so as to be detectable only by integration detection, the one or more pre-determined scrambling methods including a permutation of the access information bits, wherein the information carrier stores an indicator for indicating the one or more pre-determined scrambling methods;
• performing integration detection to detect the variation of the at least one physical parameter stored on the information carrier;
• descrambling the scrambled access information bits using the detected variation and the one or more pre-determined scrambling methods;
• reading out the user information using the descrambled access information bits.
