- receiving from a provider of a wireless service and a television service a viewing history datum associated with the user of the first mobile communication facility, wherein the viewing history datum corresponds to a television episode viewed by the user via the television service, wherein the user is paying the provider for use of the first mobile communication facility and the television service;
- weighting the targeted mobile content based at least on the interaction information and the viewing history datum relating to the user;
- and
- providing the weight as a parameter for use in the prioritization of the target mobile content for presentation on a second mobile communication facility.
