Abstract
The present invention relates to ultrathin fluid-absorbent cores comprising a substrate layer, multicomponent superabsorbent particles and an adhesive, wherein the wet SAP shake-out of superabsorbent particles out of the fluid-absorbent core is less than 10% by weight.
Claims16
A fluid-absorbent core comprising a substrate layer, at least 75% by weight of multicomponent superabsorbent particles comprising at least one crosslinked basic water-absorbing resin having a degree of neutralization of 0 to 50% and at least one crosslinked acidic water-absorbing resin having a degree of neutralization of 0 to 50%, less than 10% by weight of fibers, and an adhesive, wherein a wet SAP shake-out of superabsorbent particles out of the fluid-absorbent core is less than 10% by weight.
