Claims10
An isolated anti-FGFR3 antagonist antibody, wherein the antibody comprises:
- (a) a light chain variable region comprising:
- (i) HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:48,
- (ii) HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:49, and
- (iii) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:50;
- and
- (b) a heavy chain variable region comprising:
- (i) HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:51,
- (ii) HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:52, and
- (iii) HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53, wherein the antibody specifically binds FGFR3.
