A compound of the formula:
- wherein;
- R1 is Cl or —CH3;
- R2 is —C≡N, —CH2SO2CH3, —CONHCH3, —CH2NR4R5, or —CH2C≡N;
- R3 is C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 fluoroalkyl or —C(O)CH3;
- R4 is H, —C(O)CH3, —CO2CH3 or —SO2CH3;
- and
- R5 is H or combines with R4 to form pyrrolidin-2-one;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
