Abstract
A polypropylene composition having a melt flow rate MFR2 (230° C.) measured according to according to ISO 1133 of at least 2.0 g/10 min, said polypropylene composition comprises a propylene copolymer (C-PP) and a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP), wherein the propylene copolymer (C-PP) (a) has a comonomer content of equal or below 7.0 wt.-%, the comonmers are ethylene and/or at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin, and (b) fulfills the equation (I) R+4.96×C≦95.66 wherein R is the randomness [%] measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and C is the comonomer content [wt.-%] measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).

A polypropylene composition comprising a melt flow rate MFR2 (230° C.) measured according to ISO 1133 of at least 2.0 g/10 min, said polypropylene composition comprising a propylene copolymer (C-PP), a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP), and an α-nucleating agent (N), wherein the propylene copolymer (C-PP)
- (a) has a comonomer content of equal to or below 7.0 wt.-%, the comonomers are ethylene and/or at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin,
- (b) comprises two propylene copolymer fractions (A) and (B), wherein the comonomer content of the first propylene copolymer fraction (A) is in the range of 1.0 to 4.5 wt.-% and the comonomer content of the first propylene copolymer fraction (A) is lower compared to the comonomer content of the second propylene copolymer fraction (B).
- (a) has a comonomer content of equal to or below 7.0 wt.-%, the comonomers are ethylene and/or at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin, and
- (b) fulfills the equation (I)
- wherein
- R is the randomness [%] measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and
- C is the comonomer content [wt.-%] measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
Molded article, comprising a polypropylene composition, comprising a melt flow rate MFR2 (230° C.) measured according to ISO 1133 of at least 2.0 g/10 min, said polypropylene composition comprising a propylene copolymer (C-PP), a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP), and an α-nucleating agent (N), wherein the propylene copolymer (C-PP)
- (c) has a comonomer content of equal to or below 7.0 wt.-%, the comonomers are ethylene and/or at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin
- (d) comprises two propylene copolymer fractions (A) and (B), wherein the comonomer content of the first propylene copolymer fraction (A) is in the range of 1.0 to 4.5 wt.-% and the comonomer content of the first propylene copolymer fraction (A) is lower compared to the comonomer content of the second propylene copolymer fraction (B).
