Abstract
The invention relates to an electrode that can be formed by firing in air a conductive paste comprising a copper powder, a boron powder, an additional inorganic powder, a glass frit, and an organic medium, wherein the additional inorganic powder is zirconia powder.
Claims6
An electrode formed by firing in air a conductive paste comprising:
- 30 to 88 parts by weight of a copper powder, 1.5 to 19 parts by weight of a boron powder, 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of an additional inorganic powder, 0.1 to 6.5 parts by weight of a glass frit, and an organic medium, wherein the additional inorganic powder is zirconia powder, and wherein the parts by weight is based on 100 parts by weight of the conductive paste.
