Internal liquid measurement and monitoring system for a three phase separator

An internal liquid measurement and monitoring system for a three phase separator comprises:

• said three phase separator being penetrated by a water extension fitting;
• a water dump valve being mounted outside of said three phase separator;
• a water differential pressure device being located inside of said three phase separator;
• said water differential pressure device and said water dump valve being in serial fluid communication with each other through said water extension fitting;
• a first sensor being in parallel fluid communication with said water differential pressure device by a high water pressure sensing line and a low water pressure sensing line;
• said first sensor being electronically connected to a remote transmission unit (RTU) flow computer;
• said three phase separator being penetrated by an oil extension fitting;
• an oil dump valve being mounted outside of said three phase separator;
• an oil differential pressure device being located inside of said three phase separator;
• said oil differential pressure device and said oil dump valve being in serial fluid communication with each other through said oil extension fitting;
• a second sensor being in parallel fluid communication with said oil differential pressure device by a high oil pressure sensing line and a low oil pressure sensing line;
• said second sensor being electronically connected to said RTU flow computer;
• a temperature measuring device for said three phase separator being electronically connected to said RTU flow computer;
• and
• said RTU flow computer being communicably coupled to a supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA).
