Electrophotographic photoreceptor, manufacturing method therefor and electrophotographic device

An electrophotographic photoreceptor, comprising:

• a conductive substrate;
• and
• a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive substrate and containing a resin binder that is a polycarbonate resin having structural units represented by General Formulae (1) and (2) below:
• where, in General Formula (1), X is General Formula (3) or (4) below, and the polycarbonate resin may contain, as structural units represented by General Formula (1), both units in which X is General Formula (3) below and units in which X is General Formula (4) below:
• where t and s in General Formulae (3) and (4) are each an integer of 1 or greater;
• where, in General Formula (2), R1 and R2 may be the same or different, and are hydrogen atoms, C1-12 alkyl groups, halogen atoms, C6-12 optionally substituted aryl groups or C1-12 alkoxy groups, c is an integer from 0 to 4, and Y is a single bond, —O—, —S—, —SO—, —CO—, —SO2—, or —CR3R4— (in which R3 and R4 may be the same or different, and are hydrogen atoms, c1-12 alkyl groups, halogenated alkyl groups or C6-12 optionally substituted aryl groups), or C5-12 optionally substituted cycloalkylidene group, C2-12 optionally substituted α,ω-alkylene group, -9,9-fluorenylidene group, C6-12 optionally substituted arylene group, a bivalent group including C6-12 aryl group or arylene group;
• and a and b are the respective molar percentages of structural units (1) and (2) relative to the total number of moles of structural units (1) and (2).
