Abstract
Provided herein are monoclonal antibodies specific to dengue virus as well as their antigen-binding fragments, and functional variants. Also disclosed are uses thereof for treating or diagnosing dengue virus infection.

An isolated antibody that specifically binds dengue virus serotype 2 envelope domain III, the antibody comprising a heavy chain CDR 1 including SEQ ID NO:2, a heavy chain CDR2 including SEQ ID NO:3, a heavy chain CDR3 including SEQ ID NO:4, a light chain CDR1 including SEQ ID NO:6, a light chain CDR2 including SEQ ID NO:7, and a light chain CDR3 including SEQ ID NO:8.
