Abstract
The present invention is directed to a novel fragrance compound of octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-acetaldehyde, octahydro-6-methyl-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-carboxaldehyde, or a mixture thereof.
Claims12
A mixture of octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-acetaldehyde and octahydro-6-methyl-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-carboxaldehyde.
A fragrance formulation containing an olfactory acceptable amount of a mixture of octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-acetaldehyde and octahydro-6-methyl-4,7-methano-1H-indene-5-carboxaldehyde.
