Voltage converter

A voltage converter comprising:

• a substrate having an active component embedded therein;
• an input-side capacitor and an output-side capacitor which are mounted on the substrate and connected to a predetermined ground potential and which include a ground-side terminal;
• and
• a first conductor layer and a second conductor layer which are formed so as to interpose the active component therebetween and connected to a predetermined ground potential, wherein:
• the first conductor layer includes an input-side conductor layer which is connected to a ground-side terminal of the input-side capacitor, and an output-side conductor layer which is provided separately from the input-side conductor layer and connected to a ground-side terminal of the output-side capacitor;
• the second conductor layer is connected to terminals of the active component;
• a ground-side terminal of the input-side capacitor is connected to the second conductor layer through the input-side conductor layer;
• and
• a ground-side terminal of the output-side capacitor is connected to the second conductor layer through the output-side conductor layer.
