A novel maize variety designated X08B841 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof, produced by crossing Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. proprietary inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant that comprises crossing hybrid maize variety X08B841 with another maize plant. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X08B841 through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby. This invention relates to the maize variety X08B841, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X08B841. This invention further relates to methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X08B841.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X08B841, wherein representative seed is produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH890 with a second plant of variety PHW2Z, and wherein representative seed of said varieties PH890 and PHW2Z have been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-4870 and PTA-11607, respectively.
A converted seed of hybrid maize variety X08B841 further comprising a locus conversion, wherein said seed is produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH890 with a second plant of variety PHW2Z;
A hybrid maize plant expressing all the physiological and morphological trait characteristics of hybrid maize variety X08B841, wherein seed of said hybrid maize plant is produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH890 with a second plant of variety PHW2Z and wherein representative seed of said varieties PH890 and PHW2Z have been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-4870 and PTA-11607, respectively.
