Methods and materials for the treatment of testosterone deficiency in men

A method for treating a condition associated with testosterone deficiency in a human male, comprising administering to a human male with secondary hypogonadism an effective amount of a composition comprising as active ingredient 100% trans-clomiphene or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable diluents, adjuvants, carriers or excipient, wherein the condition associated with testosterone deficiency is oligospermia or azoospermia.
